VOA's proposed project, 1212 Village, would provide affordable housing for Sacramento residents on Del Paso Boulevard.
This project would provide 75 units of affordable housing, ranging from studio apartments to 3 bedrooms. Families must have an income of less than 80% of the area's median income in order to qualify.
1212 Village would be the first major new construction investment on Del Paso Boulevard in several decades and could transform the neighborhood for good. With amenities such as a community space, computer lab, and an outdoor courtyard with a playground, residents will be able to feel safe and cared for in their own homes. The project will also be integrated into the existing neighborhood by featuring ground-floor retail space.
