    Volunteers of America Northern California & Northern Nevada Mather Community Campus is pleased to announce the Class of 2019 Graduation Celebration on June 12th! Over the past 2 years 1,064 individuals graduated from Mather Community Campus with housing and a focus on employment. 


    Volunteers of America Northern California & Northern Nevada is proud to be a part of the 3rd annual Golden Tampon Drive started by Shanda Golden. The “Golden Tampon” drive benefits women receiving services at Volunteers of America Record Street campus.

  • Mother's Day at VOA Recovery Center

    Every mother who resides at a VOA shelter is working towards self-sufficiency, independence, and better future for herself and for her children. Along with food and shelter, they receive counseling, job training, rehabilitation services, medical care, and reliable childcare. In an effort to make these moms feel special, community members, local businesses, and the staff at VOA are hosting a Mother’s Day picnic on Wednesday, May 8 from 11am - 3pm at the Grand Ave. Shelter.
