Kolo TV: Operation Backpack goes virtual, monetary donations only

Volunteers of America’s (VOA) Operation Backpack program has gone virtual this year due to the pandemic. Operation Backpack will only accept monetary donations online. The goal is to reach $25,000 to purchase backpacks and school supplies for low income families in Washoe County.
