VOA of Northern California and Northern Nevada (VOANCNN) has been awarded cost overrun funding through the Home Means Nevada Initiative (HMNI), administered by the Nevada Housing Division, for capital improvements at The Village on Sage Street in Reno. These funds must be expended by December 31, 2026, so the first phase of work needs to start quickly. This phase is part of a larger renovation of the property over the next four months.
